How the service works
The Blackwall® team takes care of the entire process. Before the event, we visit the venue, analyse the available space and draw up an AutoCAD sketch defining the layout and number of booths. On the day of the event, installation is completed in just a few hours, silently and in coordination with the organising team.
Once it’s over, dismantling is just as quick and discreet. The venue is left exactly as it was.

Frequently asked questions about private booths for events
How many booths can be set up in the same space?
It depends on the available space and the needs of the event. There’s no fixed limit: the modular system allows you to create anything from two or three individual booths to a large area with multiple stations. We define this during the preliminary visit.
Are the booths fully enclosed?
The configuration is flexible. Booths can have three walls and an open entrance, or a curtain can be added for greater privacy. We adapt it to the specific needs of each use.
Is it possible to customise the interior of each booth?
Yes. Depending on the use, booths can include accessories such as LED lighting, coat hooks or other elements. We look at each case during the preliminary visit.
Can the panels damage the venue floor?
No. The Blackwall® system requires no fixings to the floor or walls. The transport trolleys use special rubber wheels that won’t scratch any type of flooring.
